You know friendfeed, the famous lifestreaming service? They are currently testing a totally new user interface. Just enter beta.friendfeed.com into your web browser and you will see what's changed - and it's a lot.I personally like the new design more. It is still very simple and slick as before but now it somehow feels to be of higher quality.
The biggest news is that all messages now appear in real-time. That means as soon as one of your friends posts something, you will see it without the need to refresh. If you follow a lot of people, that might become a problem. That's why they offer a pause button on the top right.
They also introduce a very nice filtering system. With this you can create filters just as you like - give it a try.
