Since many people use the Internet more and more often - for example as Online Social Networks become more and more successful - almost as many people tend to forget that sitting or lying or whatever in front of a computer is not as healthy as it seems...That's why I want to share two examples of what I found on the Internet to live more healthy by doing Sports:
hundredpushups.com and twohundredsitups.com offer training plans, which should make the User able to do 100 push-ups or 200 sit-ups. The plans sound promising and the whole talk on the pages sounds pretty encouraging and motivating.I will give it a try some day. What about you?
