Andrea Pininfarina, 51, died today during a motorcycle accident. The boss of Pininfarina was riding his Vespa, when he was hit by the car of an 78 year old man. The accident took place 2km from the company's office in Turin, Italy.
Pininfarina was founded in 1930 by Andrea Pininfarina's grandad and became famous for many designs made for Ferrari and Alfa Romeo.
Andrea Pininfarina was responsible for the designs and productions of Maserati Gran Turismo, Enzo Ferrari or Volvo C70.
